Plain-language summary
The current Simple Family Games build is intentionally offline-first. Lew Labs Apps does not require a player account and does not add advertising, analytics, online chat, or social features to the app.
Game choices, player names entered for local play, favorites, saved games, Family Game Night progress, trophies, and preferences stay on the device. They are not sent to Lew Labs Apps.
Information the app does not collect
The current app does not include features intended to collect or transmit personal information during gameplay.
- No user account, profile, or login.
- No advertising SDK or advertising identifier use.
- No analytics SDK or behavior tracking.
- No purchases or payment information.
- No chat, social feed, or user-generated content sharing.
- No remote server or network API required for gameplay.
Device permissions
The current gameplay design does not need access to location, microphone, camera, contacts, Bluetooth, or the device's advertising identifier. Optional spoken guides use the text-to-speech service installed on the device; the app does not record speech or request microphone access. If a future feature changes permissions, this policy and the applicable store disclosures will be reviewed before release.
Settings and progress stored on the device
The app may save small pieces of game information locally so it can remember how the family likes to play. This can include:
- The selected Neon Energy or Candy Pop theme.
- Sound, background music, vibration, spoken-guide, game-pace, Reduce Motion, and other grown-up settings.
- Game appearance choices, supported personal-best scores, and game preferences.
- Favorite games and up to eight recently opened games.
- Save & Continue sessions, Family Game Night playlists and scores, and Trophy Room progress.
- Player names entered for local games and Family Game Night.
This information stays on the device and is not tied to an online account. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app may remove it, subject to device backup and restore settings.
This website
This is a static informational website. Lew Labs Apps does not add advertising, analytics, account sign-in, or contact forms to it. The color-theme switch can save a simple Neon Energy or Candy Pop preference in the browser so the site can remember the visitor's choice.
The website's hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver the pages, such as an IP address, browser details, and request time, under the provider's own policies. Lew Labs Apps does not use that information to build player profiles.
Links to Lew Labs Apps or an email program leave this website. Information a person chooses to send by email is used to read and respond to that message.
Children and families
Simple Family Games is made for shared family use. The app avoids account creation, online communication, targeted advertising, and social features. In-app privacy, support, and audio information sits behind a press-and-hold grown-up gate. A grown-up should send support emails or other messages outside the app on a child's behalf.
Future changes
This policy will be updated if a production release changes how information is handled. Any future feature that introduces advertising, analytics, purchases, external accounts, or online functionality will require a new privacy and store-policy review before release.
