Contact Lew Labs Apps
For gameplay questions, bug reports, accessibility feedback, or general suggestions, email us directly. A grown-up should send the message if a child needs help.
What to include in a bug report
A few details usually help us understand the problem much faster:
- Your phone or tablet model and Android version.
- The name of the game and the mode you were playing.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The steps that caused it, if you can repeat the problem.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, when it helps show the issue.
Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other private information. Simple Family Games does not need those details to troubleshoot gameplay.
Quick help
How do I learn a game?
Tap the question-mark guide for the game's animated “Show me how” lesson. Spoken guidance can be turned on or off in Grown-up settings.
Can two people play?
Many games support local pass-and-play on one device. The setup screen shows the available solo and two-player choices.
Does the app need internet?
No. The games are designed to work offline once the app is installed.
Where are my settings saved?
Theme, sound, game appearance, favorites, recent games, saved games, Family Game Night progress, trophies, and supported best scores stay on the device. There is no account to sign into.
How do Favorites and Recent work?
Open a game's menu to add it to Favorites. Recent keeps the eight most recently opened games, and Surprise Me can choose from all 22.
Can I resume a game?
Yes. Use Save in the game header or Save & Home in the pause menu. Continue Playing on the home screen opens your saved game.
How does Family Game Night work?
Choose a 3-, 5-, or 7-game playlist, add two player names, and keep one scoreboard through the games.
A game seems stuck.
Try Save & Home, then reopen the game from Continue Playing. If the problem continues, include the game name in a support email.
Can I suggest a game?
Absolutely. Tell us the game, who would play it, and what would make it a good fit for a shared phone screen.
